Unhappy " Becky" Shasta Daisy

I have planted two shasta daisy plants, one is doing wonderful the other is obviously "unhappy". The plant is druping and the leaves have started turning yellow in certain spots. What could be wrong?

Doug says that it sounds like transplant shock (assuming new plants) and likely root disturbance/stress of some kind. You don't say if they were planted side by side or a few yards apart and soil can vary tremendously. You don' say if the growing conditions are different either - or how much water you're giving them.

Yellow leaves in certain spots could be botrytis on this plant or fungal leaf spots (likely the leaf spot). Remove infected leaves and spray with a copper based fungicide (Bordeaux mix is still I believe considered organic) if the leaf spotting continues on other leaves.

Drooping is root damage. Either too much water, not enough water or not enough roots engaged (damage) to pull water into the plant. This is often the result of damage during transplanting or being out in really hot sun before the plant has a chance to become established on its own roots.

In short, there are a large number of variables here that really stop me from answering your question properly given the lack of info I have about your garden and location.
