shade perennials for a cutting garden

What are the best choices for the pacific northwest in a perennial garden with only morning sun. Also, the plants need to be upright and not lean out over the lawn in a 12' x 3' garden bed against the house.
Doug says that Hosta, Cimicifuga, and Hellebore would be my top three for shade garden cut flowers. Hellebore for spring, Cimicifuga for summer and Hosta for fall (use the fragrant, large, fall-flowering varieties)
