Seeds that require Stratification

I am new to wintersowing, do you have a list of seeds that require a cold period to germinate?
Doug says he doesn't maintain a list of perennials that require cold stratification but the deal is fairly simple. If the plant sets seeds and it comes back year after year in your climate (i.e. perennials) then you can wintersow those seeds. The seed may not "require" a cold stratification but it won't be killed by it either. Simply stay away from annual plants and vegetables or other plants that get easily killed by frost. Just about any plant listed on this website should be fine.
