Perennials after flooding

Most of my perennials appear to be dead after recent flooding. Will they grow again next year or should I replace all of them?
Doug says - that I'd wait to see what the damage is. Some plants are going to survive (tough daylilies and astilbe for example) while some are likely going to decide the ground is greener somewhere else.
So while you've likely taken a lot of damage, I think you're going to be surprised at some of the plants that will come back.
