Perennial Plants for Wet Spots

Perennial plants for wet spots can be a bit troublesome to find but the list at the bottom of this page will lead you to the right spot in the perennial section when you look for perennials around your pond.

Most of these plants will grow quite nicely in damp soils but will not tolerate being plunked into the edge of the water. Grow them in the bog garden or on a stream garden but not in the pond itself.
