overwintering lavendar in the house

I have two large lavendar plants in pots that I would love to overwinter in the house, is this possible and can you tell me the best way to care for them?

Doug says that you can overwinter in the house but the plant wants to go dormant. So lots of light but no heat. Get it as cold as you can in the house. Without that cold and dormancy, the plant will "live" but will struggle and likely peter out the next summer. Hold the feeding and restrict watering to when the plant is dry (soak and allow to dry right out)

Treat it roughly in full sunlight (as if it were outside) and you can overwinter the English lavenders indoors.

The tender lavenders can be overwintered much easier indoors but again, they require a dormancy with temperatures lowered and feeding and watering restricted.

Good luck
