Lavender

Read & learn from all your posts. I have a lavender that had done well for 3 years. It had many blooms this year. However, the center is now dead. Is it likely to regrow. If not, what can I do to keep it looking good.
Doug says that if the center is dead, then it's dead. Remember this is a shrub - not a perennial and it won't come back.
The only thing you can do is to prune it properly every year to keep the center growing strongly. Or "maybe" prune the outer edges to hide the center - some creative tip pruning might force outer branches inwards.
Most folks at this point will give up - say it's ugly, rip it out and start again. This is the easiest and if you follow the pruning tips here and in the ebook, you'll be much happier.
