Hibiscus

I didn't know I had to prune my hibiscus back in the fall. Should I do it now in May or just leave it and see if it will grow. It looks dead to me

Doug says the top is dead for sure in your zone. But the roots are likely alive. Prune it back now - it's very late starting so don't worry about it if it doesn't show until June sometime.
