Golden Stargazer

All my oriental lilies are planted in the only sunny corner of a large shady bed that is filled with ferns and hosta.
I do plant begonia bulbs to brighten up the area, but I do nothing except add a little fertilizer to the soil and the oriental lilies (red yellow and white) come up and dazzle the shady background plants.
They last such a long time and each stalk has a dozen huge flowers on it. The plants are right near my front door and when someone comes in or out the aroma of these flowers is intoxicating.
I have 3 dozen plants so I can affort to cut some for show indoors without taking away from the garden.
It is however, very difficult to pick just one flower for a favorite. I may give another one a chance at another time.
Regards.
Teri
