Dead Centers on Shasta Daisies

Doug says no big deal. This is quite common and normal on Shasta daisies. Simply dig up the plant. Discard the dead center. Divide up the remaining offsets (you'll see small baby plants with roots coming off the dead center) and replant these babies wherever you like. This normally happens with fast-growing perennials like Shasta daisies.
