Christmas and Lenten Rose plants are not blooming

Last year, I was given transplanting of the Christmas and Lenten roses. I was looking forward to blooms this year. I have beautiful folliage but no flowers. What is wrong? Thanks!

Doug says it will likely take them a year or three to recover from the division / transplanting and grow large enough to flower. Patience! :-) And sometimes lots of it (when I start them from seed, it can take upwards of 3-5 years to get them to bloom)
