Black eye susans and daffodils

The house we bought has an area on the side of the house that has daffodils and black eye susans. What can I plant that blooms between those? Seems there is nothing between now (Apr) and mid to late summer. Thanks

Doug says - there are a serious number of plants for early-summer blooming. Almost all the backbone plants - from daylilies, phlox, monarda, lavenders etc have varieties that are easly summer bloomers. I'm assuming sunshine so you can tuck in dianthus at the front of the beds, bachelor buttons, corydalis, coreopsis in the middle.

Ah, the there is a huge choice. You might want to check out the spring bloomers in the plant lists. Many of these will bloom right through the period you're asking about until the main summer bloomers take over.
