Let me suggest you run a search right here - there are over 1000 articles on these web pages to help you garden. And over 75% of questions get have already been answered in articles.

1) The question must be about perennial gardening. Please go here to ask non-perennial gardening questions
2) I can't answer them all (do a search!) because I do have to write for a living. ;-) I understand your question is important and I'm working on other ways to help but for now I do my best. I just can't get to them all.
