ajuga being outgrown by grass

Is there a spray I can use to kill wild grass out of my ajuga?

Doug says yes, it's called "elbow grease" and it involves getting down on the ajuga in the early spring and applying a ton of elbow grease in the form of hand-pulling to get rid of the offending grass plants.

Any spray that will kill grass will kill ajuga and even if I could justify (which I can't because ajuga and grass are not harmful to human beings) using a noxious spray in this situation, there isn't one.
